Picklists Values

Are we able to upgrade picklists choices to 600 instead of 500?

For multiselect picklists, this is not an option that admins have the ability to increase. However, I recommend logging a case with Salesforce.com and ask them to increase your limit. They might be able to do something on the backend for you. I believe this is a soft limit and it can be increased with support from SFDC. Please let us know how it goes!
