Global Action Salesforce1

Aside from the "Today" page, where else can I access global actions?

Hi,

In the Salesforce1 app, actions appear in the action bar and its action menu.

Here is my confusion. The actions that appear on the record page are the actions are not the global actions that I specified. The only place that I see the global actions is the Today page. Is there anywhere else where the global actions appear?
