disabling Sales Price (UnitPrice) while adding a product to quote

Once a user creates a quote, they may add product by clicking on Add Line Item.  Once they click on that button the will be prompted to go to next page where they can select different product/s. After they have selected the products,  user then can enter in the quantity or change the price of the product right there. How can I access those fields in that page and write validation ruels in that page?

The object can be found in Setup > Customize > Quotes > Quote Line Items. There is a section for validation rules and one for page layouts. If you want to edit the page after they've selected products, you will want to look at the "Edit Multi-Line Layout" link in the page layout.

I wrote validation rules in the section as you mentioned in the layout. What are my next steps, if I wanna make the prices of products without changing the basic price - just to mention additional ones?
