I would like to know the best practice for, when a Lead is created, check if one Account have the same email.
I tried with Apex but I'm not having good results.

The best and the most efficient way to do this is none other than using the native duplicate management tool readily available in the Salesforce platform.
The below pdf document will give you everything you need to setup a duplicate rule. It can easily identify if an Account exists with the same email Id.
