I had inserted the records from emailservices requirements is with the help of subject in email I have to insert the record. If he/she araises the same issue(subject) I don`t want to insert the new Record any one please help me. .

Requirements is I have to insert the record to objects from salesforce emailservices concept after insertion of record I have to generate the unique String called RefID and then respond back to same email saying that a new case is created and placing a RefID in the subject(like customer care or call center).
