User not getting chatter email notifications


The user is not getting chatter email notifications after a tracked field update is made to the account the user follows. The user has also added the account to the chatter stream named "Account stream". The notification settings for the stream are set to Every Post.

The steps mentioned in the link have already been checked, the email is pointing to the correct email of the user and access level has been set to all email but still the emails are not been received by the user.

My users are having the same problem.  Inconsistent receipt of emails (some come through, some don't) despite all settings set to receive all.  Any updates/fixes?
