Hi, In remedyforce after filling all required fileds in form, getting this error 'Review all error messages below to correct your data'

I filled all the required fields still getting this error, someone please help me. Where is the mistake I'm unable to understand, is there a mistake in fulfillment mapping ?

Can you please check if there is any validation rules that is preventing the record to save.

I checked, its not the problem with validations
