If I create a scratch org is there a way that other person to login in the same scratch org and use pull and push in the visual studio code?

Hi Iago Silva,

Yes, You can pull and push from the visual studio code for the same org but you have to authorize your org from visual studio code

Hi Suraj

When other person authorize the same scratch org in visual studio code, he doesn't have the options "Pull" and "Push" from SFDX
