'New' button is missing in the record list component in community page

Hi ,

I am building a community page with the record detail component in it.. in my case opportunity record page, I am a system Admin and when I place that component on the community page, the new button and other standard buttons are missing despite having all permission.

Can you chekc below 2 check points.
  1. You should include the Record Banner Standard component in your Lightning page above (Using Lightning App Builder). The Record Information Tab component (Details and Related) only renders details from a layout for the record. The Record Banner Components can include actions/ buttons.
