Is that a tool or platform to mass duplicate check CSV before upoda to Salesfoce

Hi there, 

I'm lookingfor a tool or platform can mass run duplicate check rows in a csv file and warning or show me duplicates which already existed in Salesforce before I upload new records into Salesforce. My target is find the right owner of contact and opportunity in Salesforce. Thank you

You can use duplicate rules in salesforce to prevent duplicate data in salesforce org.

Hi, Yes ofcourse there are tools available for that! A popular one is DemandTools. It's a data quality tool suite that can help you clean up your data before uploading to Salesforce. It has a de-duplication module that lets you check CSV files for duplicates, which is pretty neat.

There's also DupeCatcher, which can prevent duplicates from being entered into Salesforce in real-time. It doesn't work on CSVs before upload, but it can stop bad data from entering your system. Remember, always clean and verify your data before any major upload. It saves a lot of time and trouble later on!
