HI Shekhar,

As mentioned on https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=000381750&type=1 , Field History Tracking cannot be set on Formula fields as per Standard functionality. However, this can be worked around by creating a custom field, tracking that one, and make sure it's updating it with a workflow rule to retain the same values as the Formula field.

Hi,
To track formula fields in Salesforce Lightning, you can follow these steps:

1) Navigate to the object's setup page.
2) Click on "Fields & Relationships" or "Object Manager" depending on your Salesforce version.
3) Find the specific object that contains the formula field you want to track.
4)  Locate the formula field in the list of fields and click on it.
5) On the formula field detail page, click on the "Set History Tracking" button.
6) Check the box next to "Track Field History" to enable tracking for the formula field.
7) Save the changes.
Once you've enabled history tracking for the formula field, Salesforce will start tracking changes made to the field and store them in the Field History-related list for the object. You can view the field history by navigating to the object's record detail page and finding the Field History related list.
