Report of leads/contacts who responded with no new activity yet

Hi together,
I am trying to build a report of leads or contacts who have responded in form of an email/LI message or answered a cold call, without any follow-ups or activity by my side.

How would you go on on creating this report and which fields to use?

You can use the procedures below to make a report of leads or contacts who have reacted to email/LI messages, or cold calls without receiving any follow-ups or other action from you:

 
  1. Determine the appropriate channels for communication: Find out the methods you used to contact your leads or connections, such as cold calls, LI, or email.
  2. Establish the time frame: Choose the exact time frame for which you wish to collect data. This could be the most recent month, quarter, or other appropriate time frame.
  3. Make a CRM system or spreadsheet: The information and communication history of your leads should be tracked and organised using a spreadsheet or a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  4. Specify the fields in your report: Here are some examples of suggested fields for your report:
    • Name of Contact/Lead: The name of the contact you made.
    • Contact/Lead Email: The individual's email address.
    • Contact/Lead LI Profile: The LI profile's URL or ID.
    • Date of First Contact: The time when you first got in touch with the contact.
    • The method of communication you used to get in touch with the person (cold call, LI, email).
    • Date of Response: The lead's or contact's response.
    • Identify the response's kind by selecting "email," "LI message," or "phone call."
    • Indicate your follow-up status (e.g., "Not yet," "Followed up," or "Pending") and whether you got a response from the lead or contact.
  5. Assemble the data: To locate leads or contacts who responded within the specified timeframe, check your email inbox, LI messages, call logs, or CRM system. Fill in the appropriate fields on your spreadsheet or CRM system with the pertinent data.
  6. Identify leads or contacts who have responded without receiving any follow-ups from you by filtering the data based on the "Follow-up Status" field after you have gathered the appropriate information. Analyse this information to learn more about how effective your original outreach was and to spot any prospects for future involvement.

To properly manage your sales or outreach process, keep accurate and current records of your leads and their history of interactions.
