As mentioned in https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sf.security_about_sharing_rules.htm&type=5 , you can define up to 300 total sharing rules for each object, including up to 50 criteria-based or guest user sharing rules, if available for the object.

As per my understanding of your question I don't think there is a specific number of conditions that we can add for a criteria based sharing rule, However there is a limit on the field value .The value criteria is limited to 240 characters, and strings or picklist values that go beyond this limit are truncated.
