Rich text field in HTML Email shows ? character

I have a HTML email template that is pulling in a rich text field but it is displaying '?' for some reason.User-added image

Probably it is just copy paste issue, Content of Email template might have been copied from somewhere and it contains some hidden html chars. Copy the content of email template into notepad/text-editor, which will remove any hidden html chars. Use content from notepad/text-editor, put it in email template and save. This should fix the issue if it is realted to some hidden html chars.

That is because of HTML chars, just copy the content of the email template in any HTML editor (https://html-online.com/editor/) and there you can see? you just need to remove this and re-paste the content to your email template.
