how to add customized picklist values of stagename in managed package

If i have added new picklist values in stagename of opportunity.How can I add that in the managed package as their is no option to add picklist values

@swetha Scenario is:

I have added additional picklist values in the standard field STAGE and when I am creating a package (managed) I have no option to include those created picklist values in the package. Could you please suggest the soln?
