Unmanaged package - Upload Failed There are problems that prevent this package from being uploaded.

Hi,
I'm trying to create a unmanaged package. When I click on upload, it throws the error:
Upload Failed
There are problems that prevent this package from being uploaded.
However, no error is displayed.
Any help is appreciated.

Try to complile all classes and run all test, have seen it due to these two reasons few times.

Nothing else i can think of, you can log a case to salesforce support and they should be able to help.
