How to add user to Call Center in Salesforce?
We have come across a road block, our requirement is to add partner users to Call Center but their not available as user to be selected.
We have raised a case to Salesforce support and they confirmed that this is a limitation

Is there a way around this using custom lighting component, visual force or apex? Any suggestion will greatly appreciated. The CTI that we are using is Knowlarity.

Setting up Call Center for the Partner users is currently not possible and I'm afraid if there is a workaround to overcome this than changing the user license. I have upvoted the Ideas for this needed functionality.
