SFDC New learner profile permission
Hi All,
I have a requirement where we need to create 2 profiles.
1) Profile1:Able to run reports, edit few fields, and show data
2) Profile 2: Can log view data, edit few fields, log calls and meetings, send email but no editing ability
Appreciate it if anyone can help me how to permissions and creating profiles?

Hi,
Create Profiles
To Create Profile login to salesforce.com =>Setup=>Administer=>Manage Users=>Profiles.
select New profile which is shown below.
Enter profile from pick list which is shown below and select user license and finally give your profile name.
Save the Profile.
1. Run Reports
Go to profile and search Run Reports and Tick the run reports :
Edit few fields
In the profile=> Go to Field level Security
==> Choose your object => click view and then edit
give edit and view access of field
Similary for this
2) Profile 2: Can log view data, edit few fields, log calls and meetings, send email but no editing ability
