Not able to insert image using rich text field in portals

Hi, I have a community portal where I have a rich text field to insert image. But, after selecting image and clicking insert the image isn't inserting. When I try to uplolad image using URL I was able to upload. Can someone help me how to solve this issue...

Are you seeing any error while inserting the image? Does it work with a smaller-sized image ?Thanks

No, It's not throwing any error. After clicking insert it does nothing and I checked with smaller size images still no luck...
