Email through Apex

Hi

when ever we send an email it should be logged with an object activity.

How to achieve this

To access email logs, click Your Name | Setup | Monitoring | Email Log Files.

For that to work, the employee will need to have the "Modify All Data" as described here [https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=sf.email_logs_format.htm&type=5].
