Einstein Bot is not working in Sandbox org after refreshed with Production org

I have refreshed my Sandbox org with Production org, but after refreshing, Einstein Bot is not working in Sandbox org. "Activate" and "Save" buttons are disabled of Einstein Bot when open Bot in Edit mode.  How to resolve this issue?

Hi Sapana,

After refreshing the sandbox the deployment channels on Einstein Bots are not copied into the latest sandbox. However the bot configuration is still present and checked on the related chat buttons which doesn't let the users to delete the chat buttons.

The deployment channels metadata are not copied during sandbox refresh. As of now, this is working as designed and these components are not supported for sandbox refresh.

Try deleting this buttons manually by following the steps-
  1. Try adding the chat buttons on the bot which have Einstein bots configured on them on sandbox.
  2. After adding them on the bot deployment channels remove them, then on the buttons the bot configuration is also removed.
