Is it Possible to filter Related to list in the Log call section? If yes, then How? Suggestions, please.

Hi Nikita,
This looks like limitation wherein Admins have no control over what objects appear in the "Related to" .

See Idea already logged for the same https://trailblazer.salesforce.com/ideaView?id=087300000007zsI. Recommend upvoting it so that the salesforce product development team can consider implementing it in coming releases.

In case of Event or Task, you can follow the steps in article https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=000324086&language=en_US&mode=1&type=1

Hope this helps you. Please mark this answer as best so that others facing the same issue will find this information useful. Thank you

Even after unchecking Allow acitivities option from custom object, still shows that object in RelatedTo list.(In other words, that checkbox does not affects RelatedTo list in my case)

Any idea why it is happening?

HI Nikita,

The " Allow activities" applies only for Activities i.e., Event or Task "Related To". It does not apply to Case object's "Related To".Sadly, there is no way to accomplish what you are looking for with Salesforce's Out of the box functionality. Please consider upvoting the Idea posted earlier.
