picklist LOV

picklist field : background ====> banking , engg. ,commerce.

in process builder criteria : i want to background belong to "sales" which is not present in picklist LOV
how to enter "sales"  value in that farmula bar

pls help

As per my understanding,  you would need value to be on picklist lov,  if not this would not be visible on process builder criteria.

if we unchecked RESTRICT PICKLIST VALUE then client add SALES value by data loade etc. then PB have to wrk in that situation
