Trigger to create Task based on Opportunity Stage and Another Task Status.

I have a Task Named ''contract follow-up task " What I want is On completion of “contract follow-up task”, AND where opportunity is not Closed Won or Closed Lost, create a “contract follow-up task” assigned to the opportunity owner for 2 days time.
 
Can't do this via PB or WF.

Please define this in Clearway, 
As I understood that Define the Relationship between 'contract follow-up task' and 'Opportunity' after this use trigger on Opportunity when the stage of Opportunity is Closed Won Or Closed Lost and perform your Operation if your condition matched.
