Jefferson Eliude How define when create lead or case from social studio macro.
Hi All, can you please help me with this issue?
We are trying to modify the default apex from social customer service (to create cases and leads from social studio) class to handle our business process and custom fields, but we dont have any field to identify if the macro has the Lead checkbox checked.
Our goal is to create only a Lead with a macro and Case with another.
