"Sharing settings" not saving in production.

Hello,
In production, when I try to change "case" to private in the Sharing Settings, the Save button does nothing. In a sandbox work well.
Thoughts and ideas would be much appreciated.

it was a problem with the web browser not displaying the prompt message
