As of now, you can print the report by doing one of the following::
1. Open the report with your browser and use your browser’s print function.
2. Save the file in Excel and use the print option in Excel.
On a report, click on the dropdown by 'Edit' button and select 'Export'. You will see two options for export now, 'Formatted Excel' and 'Details Only'. Formatted Excel is Salesforce new version of the printable view.
I hope it helps you.
