problem with user authentication challenge

I have a problem figuring why i am receiving this notification when I am trying to complete the Secure Your Users' Identity challenge...Anyone can help?

The Salesforce user name is always unique and looks like you have same user name other instance or some else is using the same user name 

So create a unique user name

The username is already in use in another salesforce org.
Try using another username like sthripio123@jedeye-tech.com or sthripio987@jedeye-tech.com

Hi Jean,

Username can only be used once.
If you're getting the 'Duplicate Username' error message,
you can either pick a new username or you can have the User
with the existing username change theirs.
