Superbadge Lightning Experience Rollout Specialist Challenge 7.

Hello All,

Can anyone to fix this error please?

Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong:
There was an unexpected error while verifying this challenge. Usually this is due to some pre-existing configuration or code in the challenge Org. We recommend using a new Developer Edition (DE) to check this challenge. If you're using a new DE and seeing this error, please post to the developer forums and reference error id: IVNFKUEO

Hi Mira,

Sorry for this issue you are encountering.

May I request you please confirm if you are using a brand new developer org for validating the challenge?

If you are using a brand new developer org then please double check that your org doesn't have a namespace enabled.

Still, if the problem persists log out of all accounts and log in once again in a different browser by clearing the cache and cookies which should probably do the trick.

Also, I would suggest you please check with below threads. Hope this helps.

Kindly mark this as solved if the reply was helpful.

Thanks,
Nagendra

Hi Mira,
Greetings to you!

Bad news, you most probably won’t get any help from the support. I saw dozens of the posts in the success community and personally opened a support case but none of those got a response from the support. Which in a way understandable given the number of users encountering the error. What is less understandable is that the bug isn’t getting fixed. I sincerely hope that this can help the issue.
Good news, it’s debuggable! As they say “if the mountain doesn’t come to the man…” The below steps is based on my specific example and I can’t guarantee it will work in your specific case. But several comments from other users prove that the solution works, as they have managed to successfully pass by this error following the steps below.

1) Bar Chart

The dashboard will look like below

Note: - Grouping of Report will be in Order
1) Stage
2) Type
3) Probability

I hope you find the above solution helpful. If it does, please mark as Best Answer to help others too.

Thanks and Regards,
Deepali Kulshrestha.
