Business Administration Specialist Superbadge Challenge 3 Found an incorrect number of values for the 'Open Support Cases' component.

I seem to be stuck on the Business Adminstration Specialist Superbadge Challange 3, Open Case Report. I am getting the following error 

Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong: 
Found an incorrect number of values for the 'Open Support Cases' component.

Appreciate any hints as to what the error message is telling me.

How do I adjust the filter to only show "My Accounts"?
