Salesforce Einstein unable to delete app

I am unable to delete an app in einstein. 
 - delete option not visible in app configurations.
 - is there any way to delete it from backend using code if not UI?

1.Click on Setup on top right corner.
2.Click on the App which you want to Delete
3. Click on Manage Assignments tab
4. Select the App and click on Remove Assignments
5. It will prompt you "Are you sure you want to remove these users from this permission set?".  Click OK.
6.Then Permission Set will be removed. Click on "done".
7.Go back to Permission Set
8.Then click on "Delete"
9. It prompt you "Are you Sure?". Click Ok.
