SF Learner Bee Automation to update Opportunity Close date
Hi all,
I would like your help to build an automation based on the below requirement,
1. Given I am a BU Admin,
When a Close Date becomes more than 7 days old and the Opportunity is still open.Then I will schedule a list of past due opportunities to be sent to the opportunity owner.
2. Given I am a BU Admin
When a Close Date becomes more than 7 days old and the Opportunity is still open.Then I will schedule a list of past due opportunities to be sent to sales management (grouped by opportunity owner).
3. Given I am a BU Admin,
When I review a report then BU opportunities will no longer have past due close dates.
Can someone help me achieve this please via process builder or flow as I am still learning it.
