Tracy Oden 31 old dev org no sales console
I have an old dev org. The dev org doesn't have the new sales console. Salesforce provided me with a consolude user license but it give access to a old console (even with lightning enabled), not the new sales console as a more recent org. Any idea how to get the new sales console lightnitng in my older org?

To access and use a Lightning console app, users must have the Lightning Console User permission and their profile must be added to the Lightning console app.
Also, check whether the Sales Console app is visible in app launcher or not. To unhide an app from the App Launcher:
1. Go to Setup.
2. In the Quick Find box, search App Menu and select it.
You will find all apps, if you hover on the right-hand side you can hide or unhide.
