Integrating Salesforce wth WooCommerce

Hi all!

I have my own website which is built with WordPress. I have WooCommerce installed and set up with WooCommerce Subscriptions added-on.

I was looking for recommendations on what would be the best way and how to implement this so when a new customer signs up to our membership, it will update Salesforce automatically.

Thanks in advance!

Hi Sean,

WordPress is the world’s most-used Content Management System (CMS), and Salesforce is the
leading Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform, not just for companies but also for nonprofits.
So why not integrate them and get the best of both worlds? There are several options to set up and customize the integration.

You can choose from a variety of third-party Apps or tools to simplify the process of integrating WordPress and Salesforce.
For example, the "Brilliant Web to Lead" for Salesforce plugin connects to your Salesforce instance and brings the form creation wizard into WordPress.

You can also follow these links for more help:

I hope you find the above solution helpful. If it does, please mark as Best Answer to help others too.

Thanks,
Ajay Dubedi

I agree with all the plugins here mentioned, but there is something that could serve your purposes in the best possible way. I should say you think out of the box a bit, this will end with a new experimental experience. In 2021 Aida Forms one of the best on the market, so check this consent form (https://aidaform.com/forms/consent-form.html) and use it for your website.

Hi,
If you are running any online business based on WooCommerce, you have lots of data of products, sales, refund, etc. to manage these data is very complicated sometimes.
You can manage these data just connect your WooCommerce store with Salesforce CRM and you can manage your data with ease.
For connecting WooCommerce and Salesforce you can try these plugins and Web based services

Hi Sean,

You can do this via Salesforce REST APIs and WordPress hooks, or you can also deploy Apex triggers/Flows on the Salesforce side to achieve the sync job. But this is a pretty tedious process, especially if you're unable to invest the time to write, test, repair and then deploy your own solution. Thankfully plugins like this Object Data Sync for Salesforce (https://wordpress.org/plugins/object-data-sync-for-salesforce/) exist, which do the heavy lifting for you. It'll seamlessly enable WordPress/Salesforce Sync (https://plugins.miniorange.com/wordpress-object-sync-for-salesforce) for you, and also provide seamless integration with WooCommerce (https://plugins.miniorange.com/woocommerce-salesforce-integration-sync-orders) and Salesforce. Highly recommend you check it out!
