Oleg Pogrebnyak Unable to create Custom Metadata Types record
Accidentally I have deleted Custom Metadata Types record and then also from managed package. Now I can't create record with same DeveloperName (with same Label - can). But there is no record with this DeveloperName in metadata/recycle bin/package.
