How to enable view setup, edit setup, delete setup on object

Hello everyone,

View setup, edit setup, delete setup are basically present on system administrator profile.User-added image
I want the same for custome profile. Below image is from custom profile (not cloned from system adminisrator)

How can i achieve that?  Please anyone help me on this. Thanks in advance.

Actually this seems to be a known issue: https://success.salesforce.com/issues_view?id=a1p300000010wOUAAY
If you need to give customize setup permission to a profile, you can check system permissions under profile section, specifically "Customize Application.

Setup (https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=basics_nav_setup.htm&type=5) menu.
