My Colleague and me are getting different view for account though we belongs to Same admin profile.

My Colleague and me are getting different view for account though we belongs to Same admin profile in Salesforce lightning. Can someone please help me here.

We are having admin profile assign to both of us and when we are viewing the account record detail page he is having different view and I am having different view. He is not able to see some related list which i am able to see.

Did you check the page layouts and the record type mapping for page layouts?
