Business Admin Specialist Superbadge Challenge 3 - Open Support Cases Report

Hi

Advised to post the below error here.  It is a clean playground used only for this Superbadge and I am getting this error after I deleted the Open Support Cases Report.

Any ideas/help appreciated?

Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong:
There was an unexpected error while verifying this challenge. Usually this is due to some pre-existing configuration or code in the challenge Org. We recommend using a new Developer Edition (DE) to check this challenge. If you're using a new DE and seeing this error, please post to the developer forums and reference error id: VSDPLUUR

Hello Mark, This kind of error pops up due to renaming reports label after creation or when you Save as reports. Thus for any further challenges: Save as the existing Reports. Always create from scratch.

Try these steps:
Delete the existing reports.
Delete it from the bin as well.
Create new reports.
Check Challenge.
If you have the incorrect API name for the report that will also throw this error. API names take 24 hours to be 'reusable' even if the recycling bin is emptied.

Also, make sure that you have done all the steps correctly. Because this error usually comes whenever you miss some or the other step.

I hope it helps you.

Thanks Abhishek,

I'll delete them permanently and wait the 24 hours.  Time to start the Security badge I guess :)
