Can we Hide parent account field on Accounts Object

HI ,

I was trying to hide parent account field on accounts object , able to acheive by unchecking visible Field-Level Security, but it also removing heirarchy tree , do we have any other possible ways.

If you don't want to use FLS then I am unsure of any way to do this. There's an idea which is active on the success community with a similar discussion for which you can upvote so that it gets available in the future.

You can override a standard New button and exclude the Parent account field from the layout.
