How to manage creating reports in 'Unfiled Public Reports'

How to stop the users in saving reports in the Unified Public Reports. I want the user to save the reports only in "My Personal Custom Reports" folder.

You can try unchecking the "Manage Reports in Public Folders" or "View Reports in Public Folders" permission under the Profile.
