Field service lightning mobile app signatures error

Hello everyone,

our client gathered signatures and then generated a service report. Generated signatures were missing on the service report! I uploaded a picture for you to see.

Please explain to me what happened or how to troubleshoot this. This is a serious problem for our client.

I have seen a similar issue in the past. See this Known Issue 

I recommend raising a case with support to look into this further

I'm facing the same issue now. Were you able to resolve it?
The referenced Known Issue should be already fixed.
