Multidisciplinary Team

Hi,
I need to create a multidisciplinary team in Salesforce where I can add team members from different technical specialities come together for solving a issue .
Any idea how can I do that in Salesforce ?

You can create the Queue in which you can add whomever you want to include and add which objects to include in the queue.
