After installing salesforce cli.While im entering command sfdx im getting this error 'sfdx' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

Hi,

After October 12, 2019, Salesforce no longer provide support or updates of any kind for Force.com IDE. On that date, Salesforce removed documentation and download links for the product.
Salesforce recommend that you start migrating to Salesforce Extensions for Visual Studio Code or one of the great tools made by their partners. For more information, see The Future of Salesforce IDEs (https://developer.salesforce.com/blogs/2018/12/the-future-of-salesforce-ides.html) on the Salesforce Developers Blog.

In short it is no longer supported by Salesforce.
