Jason Harris 45 How to update an existing case via web to case?
I have been trying to determine if a flow or trigger could help me wuth updating an existing case via web to case. I have created a text field for adding an existing case number in my web to case page. Is this possible?

I don't think is possible to pull the existing case record to update via Web to Case form.But,you might need to develop the PHP page to pull the existing case and make update the page in next page.
