Hi Swetha,

Thank you for reply. Actually I tried the same and did the configurations. I want to show the Einstein Sentiments like Positive, Negative or Neutral with emoji sign on case page layout, so I need help on this.

Thanks for clarifying. Based on steps in  the https://shrutisridharan.wordpress.com/2017/08/22/sentiment-analysis-using-salesforce-einstein/ you can try to output to a field on the case record and then have a formula field evaluate


if positive > image of 😀

if negative > image of 😕

if neutral > image of 😐
