I have 3 objects (Account,contact, ABC__C) Account have filed Name is Total, Contact have filed Name is Amount, ABC_C have filed Name is Amount, in ths contact amount filed adn custom obejct amount filed sum after reflected by Total filed in Account object.

By default setup and fields you cannot implement this use case but instead, you can implement a new component or custom flow that can fetch the total from the child records and then show the total amount component on the account record page that can show the total value.
