Hi all, while clong the case I am facing this error 'Apex trigger CaseTrigger caused an unexpected exception, contact your administrator: CaseTrigger: data changed by trigger for field Email Address: invalid email address: (value has been hidden)
'. Any idea how to deal with this ?

Hi Deepika,

Greetings!

This means the Email address you are trying to use is invalid.If you are trying to use the salesforce email address,I would suggest you to validate it before using it.Otherwise,if you are trying to use the dynamic email address which you get from external system then validate the email address before using it as mentioned in the below thread:

HI Deepika,
As the error indicates, the email I'd field in the case record is invalid and this is getting assigned through your CaseTrigger . You can setup debug logs to identify where it is going wrong.
