when viewing account detail page, things are greyed out. anyone can help?

Browser: Microsoft Edge (Chromium)
OS: Windows 10 pro

Looking at the sreenshot pictures above, you can clearly see that things are greyed out on the detail page of an account.

same thing appears on a different web browser(Chrome) as well.
even at my coworker's computer.

Any solutions?

Are you saying that inline editing is not possible with the  Microsoft Edge (Chromium) browser? Do you have any custom code or is this standard functionality that is inaccessible? Thanks

@Swetha ummm... as you can see from the pictures above, many details are greyed out on this account page. usually these greyed out fields will disappear after a few seconds when you load the page. but on my computer, they never disappear and I am using Microsoft Edge (Chromium). I just made this salesforce account and never touched developer console so there is no such thing as custom code. Thanks.
