Is there a way to move Objects Chat Session, Chat Transcript, and Chat Visitor to Sandbox (from Production) without refreshing my sandbox?

Hi Michael,

The objects will be available if you just enable Chat in your sandbox.

Setup > Chat Settings > Enable Chat.

Licenses are necessary when you want the agents to be able to take chat cases on your console.

Hope this helps.

Hi Vinay, I want to move the objects themselves, not just the embedded service code. When we got chat licenses, those new standard objects appeared in production but not sandbox. I want them to move to sandbox so that I can write some apex in sandbox and reference those objects.

Then you can try match production licenses without refreshing sandbox to get those chat licenses.
