Use Case- Want to get the salesforce 1 mobile User location in background after every 10 mins. How can we develop it please assist.

Thanks Shirisha for quick response but I do not think link you shared will work. It is for ios devices. We need to capture salesforce user on andriod/ios device after every n mins. Any other openion please.
